Through targeted reflection and collaborative dialogue, participants uncover the often-invisible factors influencing their stress experience and that of the collective system.

Understand the science behind stress and resilience

Build a shared understanding of the biological, psychological, and systemic mechanisms of stress. Participants engage with science-backed frameworks and curated insight-building exercises designed to reveal how nervous system responses, team dynamics, and organizational contexts intersect to fuel or buffer team stress.

3. Transform

Transform stress responses with sustainable strategies

Disrupt unhelpful stress cycles at the individual and team level with practical, evidence-informed strategies to regulate, reframe, and redesign stress responses. Through experiential activities and action planning, participants build nervous system regulation skills, adapt to challenges, and co-create commitments that support sustainable, resilient work cultures.
