The Lumin Leadership journal is more than a leadership journal, it is a learning journal. It's a place to plan, record, and - most importantly - reflect on your practice of leadership. Reflecting is the process of looking back at your experiences, behaviors, emotions, decisions, and outcomes and considering what you can learn from them.
This journal is also a place to explore ideas that interest you further, re-interpret content from different viewpoints, consider your own process of learning, critically review something of interest, and make decisions or resolve uncertainties.
There’s lots to explore in the journal and plenty of places to set goals, plan and organize your efforts, track activities you’ve done, and – most importantly – reflect on your leadership development journey.
